Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
House rescind previous action (page 4378) in adopting the following:           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31(FIN) am H                               
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to voter approval of amendments of the Alaska Statehood               
Act affecting an interest of the State of Alaska under that Act.               
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
CSSJR 31(FIN) am H was again before the House in third reading.                
                                                                               
Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that                  
CSSJR 31(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific              
purpose of considering Amendment No. 5.  There being no objection,
